About this project

This Halifax kitchen is finished throughout in Fusion Calacatta Oro quartz — perimeter worktops, a generous island and a matching splashback, all cut from coordinated slabs. The warm gold and grey veining brings a softer, more inviting feel than a cooler white, and works beautifully against both painted and timber units.

As Halifax's local stone workshop, we cut and fitted the whole kitchen in-house, just minutes from the customer's home. Quartz makes an ideal island surface: hardwearing, non-porous and easy to keep pristine in a busy kitchen.
